Job Description
We're hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer to take ownership of electrical system design and guide a growing engineering team.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor engineers while driving improvements in design and execution Oversee development of electrical systems for power distribution and control Manage component selection and supplier coordination to ensure quality and efficiency Guide testing and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and safety compliance Own the full design cycle from concept to production support
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills Solid background in electrical design, system integration, and product development Comfortable managing suppliers and resolving technical challenges Experience working across hardware, manufacturing, or automation environments
