He/she will be involved in functions relating to Student Finance.What you will be working on:Responsibilities:-Administration of semester billing process and activities for full-time diploma studentsMaintain full set of accounts for Student Union and Constituent Clubs and lead the annual financial audit processPerform data analysis and assist in the preparation of reports for management and external partiesInvolve in the daily operation of Student Finance Section such as student billings and collections, and attend to queries from students/parentsLiaise with internal/external stakeholders on operation, reporting and audit related mattersStreamline business processes with a view to improve work efficiencyCarry out any other assigned duties or assignments efficiently and promptlyWhat we are looking for:Requirements:-At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance related workConfident communicator with excellent business partnering skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholdersPreferably some experience with process improvementsProficient with software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI, RPA tools etc.Relevant qualifications in Accountancy or equivalentExperience with Workday system would be advantageousThe appointee will have opportunities to be rotated to other roles within Finance DepartmentSuccessful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.Closing date: 22 April 2024If you are shortlisted for the position(s), you should hear from us within 30 days of the closing date of the advertisement.About Singapore Polytechnic:As Singapore\'s first polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic (SP) prides ourselves in providing the best learning experience for our students in pre-employment and continuing adult education.
