About the role: The IT support specialist controls TSC’s IT operating health. They approach problem-solving in a constructive way and find innovative solutions for the CEO, leadership team and teams across the globe.

Key Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a hands on specialist that excels in:

  • Collaboration: working across teams and countries to ensure they are able to deliver their missions
  • Planning: proactively and constructively thinking of advance solutions for future problems,
  • Designing, operationalizing, managing and controlling all IT operational systems and health


  • Provide support to internal users on technical issues, hardware and operational problems. Serve as the technical point of contact for all internal users.
  • Develop, maintain, and deploy corporate macOS images and software packages, and create packages for applications to deploy on systems via Jamf.
  • Test, install and update the macOS operating system including proprietary applications, security patches, updates, application drivers and system security tools.
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding for new hires, and adhere to the procedures of IT asset issuance, returns and disposal.
  • Handle and manage Saas applications (Google Workspace, Slack etc)
  • Handle office network infrastructure.
  • Monitor security alerts/ logs from IT systems, network and applications.
  • Plan security awareness programs and conduct security awareness training and initiatives.
  • Manage and execute the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Work with internal teams to review and drive the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure audit readiness and to prepare for internal and external audits.

    Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in networking, Systems administration (Mac and Windows), and IT
  • SaaS systems administrations
  • Experience using an MDM solution.
  • Familiar/Experience in implementing ISO27001/ISMS
  • A proactive problem solver who quickly adapts to new tools and new ways of working
