RCTC plays a key ro We are looking for a Lead Manager/Head to join our Rainbow Centre Training and Consultancy (RCTC) team, to manage the strategy, growth, resource management and excellence of RCTC. RCTC plays a key role in advancing our mission through developing capabilities of disability sector professionals and community partners, to support the needs and aspirations of persons with disabilities and their families, and to foster inclusive communities.
