JOB RESPONSIBILITIES . Provide sales administrative and operational support duties to the Sales department . Experienced in handling ERP or other third-party software and administering simple tasks such as PO creation, GRN, billing and invoicing . Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as vendors and island partners via phone and email communication in support of ongoing sales admin processes . Track and submit sales reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis . Work with Manager to provide detailed report analysis and timely update on current dashboarding formats . Process refunds/ cancellation requests for Unit Head's approval and work closely with internal teams such as Guest Experience, Finance and IT to address guest enquiries . Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales documentation (billing, refunds, management reports) . Support Account Managers for sales data requests, product creation documentation, actual product testing and island partner liaison . Liaise with island partners for quarterly sales product updates in support of quarterly product updates . Assist Unit Head on tasks and projects from time to time . Collaborate with internal teams and business partners JOB REQUIREMENT . At least 'O' Levels qualification . Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience . Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word) . Good attitude, meticulous and highly responsible . A team player with an appetite to learn new skills . Highly independent, able to work with minimum supervision . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Work experience in a similar field, data tracking/ analysis or dashboard reporting will be an advantage
