Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit card products.
- Work with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and operations to drive the development and launch of credit card products.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure that credit card products are compliant with regulations and guidelines.
- Partner with customer support teams to address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on card products and managing end to the end life cycle of cards.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Understanding of credit card regulations and compliance requirements.
