We consult on IT strategy, from process design & solution architecture through software implementation & education to help drive solution adoption. As a PS Sales Consultant, you will establish yourself as a Customer Trusted Advisor, drive initiatives to develop pipeline, lead and own the whole presale process for solution selling, and work closely with our local Client Director (dedicated Services salesperson) on sales opportunities.This is a hybrid role based in Singapore.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Opportunity Analysis: works with customer IT, LOB and CxO management to develop an accurate understanding of business needs
  • Solution Planning and Design: architects an appropriate technical solution to meet the customers requirements
  • Client/Customer relationship: applies strong consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities
  • Account team collaboration: provides solution advice, drives proposals, presentations, and other customer communications during pursuit.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Technical/Solution acumen: has wide portfolio view of IT Operations, DevOps and Cyber Security solution areas, and deep knowledge in area of specialization
  • Business acumen: utilizes deep knowledge of customer value chain and business requirements to create and propose solutions
  • Industry acumen: keeps current with trends and able to converse with client on issues and challenges at multiple levels of customer management
  • Solution selling: persuasively communicates the value of the solution in terms of financial return and impact on customer business goals
  • Relationship building: ensures customers have strategic roadmaps which get implemented over time and acts as a trusted advisor with senior business management
  • Communication excellence: responds to RFx requests, creates Services delivery plans, authors contracts and creates compelling proposals.
