Job Description


:Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Account Portfolios: Develop and implement strategies to increase professional services in key global and regional banks.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions to drive business growth.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth within the financial services sector.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients, to roll out RFP & RFQ responses.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years sales experience selling professional services or managed solutions into global and regional banks.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in increasing share of wallet and driving growth in key accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in financial institutions.
  • Strategic Thinker: Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Results-Oriented: A driven individual with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and effectively.
  • Travel is 50%
