The Employer

The Employer is a group company of one of Indonesia\'s largest conglomerates. The diversified business group has interests in several traditional and technology sector corporations, boasts a multi-billion-dollar combined sales turnover, and employs more than 200k employees. For the Digital Solutions division of its telecom business, it is interested in bringing on board an experienced Project Management/Scrum Master professional for its software engineering group.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CTO for Digital Solutions, the selected candidate will facilitate and coach the Agile development process, ensuring that the development team follows Scrum practices. He/She will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and transparent environment, removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality products while maintaining a sustainable pace of work. Key responsibilities include:

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the team, ensuring that all members are aligned on project goals, requirements, and expectations.

• Facilitate the Agile development process by coaching the team on Scrum practices, principles, and values, and ensuring they are consistently applied throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring that the team understands and commits to achievable goals, and manage the execution of sprints, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

• Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder the team\'s progress, working with stakeholders and other teams when necessary to resolve issues and keep the project moving forward.

• Lead the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the team\'s performance, efficiency, and product quality.

• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are managed, and project updates are communicated effectively.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into the team\'s progress, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of Agile practices.

• Encourage and support the professional growth and development of team members, helping them to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
  

• Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering

• At least 12~15 years of relevant experience

• Strong experience of managing application development projects

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, working with software development teams.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, principles, and values, as well as experience with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Lean.

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong leadership, project management and coordination skills

• Passionate about building digital solutions, especially for younger generations.
