The Lead Qualifier Executive will be responsible for carrying out lead generation, qualification, and supporting various sales team initiatives. This position will also have the opportunity to approach leads to discover opportunities within the market, acting as a key player to contribute to the success of our sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Work across multiple lead channels to identify potential leads for the core business.
  • Establishing daily contact to customers through outbound and inbound calls and emails initiatives.
  • Lead Qualification
  • Qualify leads by communicating with stakeholders within leads and analyzing lead data
  • Map and communicate value of Ninja Van\'s services to prospect leads by developing a keen understanding of both Ninja Van\'s services and the clients\' business.
  • Create opportunities and appointments for sales staff to meet potential customers (depending on prospect requirement).
  • Data Management
  • Ensure that all necessary information pertaining to leads are properly documented and stored within our CRM.
  • Pipeline Management, ensuring qualified leads are handed over to sales teams.
Requirements
  • Able to commit to 3 working days/week and/or 15 hours/week
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experiences in sales or lead generation/qualification
  • Knowledge in e-commerce, software sales, logistics will be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong customer-centric mindset
