We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore. This is a 2 years contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Incorporating best practices in quantity surveying policies as well as considering project-specific needs to ensure reasonable standardization of quantity surveying practices across projects.

• Plan, select, recruit, train, deploy, develop, and manage the careers of Quantity Surveying Section team members to the satisfaction of project requirements, ensuring qualified resources are always provided on time to maintain project performance.
• Communicate with Project Controls managers to ensure quantity surveying related issues are properly supported and pipelined for resolution to streamline and debottleneck project execution.

• Ensure contractual terms and conditions are properly followed and project gross margin is protected.

• Guide quantity surveyors and act as specialist on quantity surveying towards the organization to guarantee clarity on contracts quoting, approval, administration and claim management.

• Commercial and non-commercial negotiations are conducted in diligent, compliant, and transparent manner, driving lowest total cost of ownership through the project lifecycle (proposal, EPCCI, operations and decommissioning).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
