\xe2\x80\x8bOur client is a growing start-up based in Malaysia who are building their Security Consultancy. Lead and collaborate with the team in terms of delivering and supporting security solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge.The MS Security Expert will report to the Security Operations Lead as part of SOC Operations. The primary function is to own and collaborate with the team in terms of delivering and supporting security solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge.\xe2\x80\x8bResponsibilities:The SME/Consultant would carry out the following responsibilities:Design and Deploy Microsoft M365 Security and Compliance SolutionsPerform onboarding or Implementation of security solution for internal and external customers for e.g. MS Purview, Entra, Defender for Cloud, Office and EndpointMonitor and measure system resources, and if needed, resolve Issues related to security incidents related to emails, changes and problem ticketsProvide inputs to technical documents based on repeat incidents and help assist SMEs during problem resolutionTroubleshoot security related service issues as they occur and follow up with after action reviewsFollow Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Access Management processes based on ITIL and our IT-service management toolRequirements:Experience in designing, implementing, supporting and delivering security solutions such as M365 Security and Compliance solutions such as Defender for Endpoint, Cloud, MS Purview (AIP/DLP), EntraHave a good experience in designing and implementing either 1 or more of the following:Defender for Endpoint or Cloud or MS Purview or EntraHave a good understanding of ticket management and service requestsShould have implemented solutions for global customersHave a good understanding of Security Operations and Service DeliveryExposure to ISO 27001, PCI related certification and compliance practicesAwareness and expertise of using at least 1 Enterprise Ticketing systemITIL processes in supporting Security Solutions and Service DeliveryIf you are interested in this role or would like to have a discussion, please click "Apply Now" or contact\xe2\x80\x8bSign up for job alertsIf you are a human, ignore this field Create alertYou agree to ourShare this jobSimilar JobsSingapore$200k + Bonuses (Negotiable)Quick LinksOur Offices9 Battery Road, MYP Centre L6, Unit 06-111, Singapore 049910contact@tenten-partners.com+65 6206 7591Room 1201A, 12/F East Ocean Centre, 98 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong
