We are looking for a team player who will be contributing to Singapore Polytechnic's (SP) communications function with a primary focus on content creation and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns to effectively promote SP, SP schools and their activities.
Support key internal stakeholders to develop narratives to promote the SP brand.
Ideate and create compelling, engaging and high-quality SEO content for multiple marketing platforms for our target audience. This includes website content, social media posts, videos and printed materials.
Maintain and update SP's corporate webpages.
Lead keyword research and optimisation of content in accordance to SEO best practices.
Monitor, engage and respond to conversations from various social media platforms and SP website.
Generate reports and analyse metrics of SP's marketing platforms and website, including campaign ROIs, competitor benchmarking, and web SEO.
Manage and monitor the performance of external agencies for digital marketing campaigns.
Manage SP and/ or secondary school student influencers and ambassadors; ensure that deliverables and timelines are met.
The appointee may also perform the following tasks:
Contribute to the digitalisation efforts of SP
Play an active supporting role in events, like the SP Open House, a major annual outreach event led by the Department of Communications.
Provide administrative or project support such as representing the department in internal and external project committees.
Be versatile to provide support across the various communications work streams, in addition to your primary and secondary roles.
Requirements:-

Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
Must have experience working on digital and social media marketing campaigns, and at least basic SEO background.
Innovative, creative and energetic individual who is able to think out of the box
Social media savvy and enjoys keeping up with the latest trends
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
