Role Responsibilities
Reporting into the SCM COO, the Lead, Strategic Programme Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be responsible for ensuring adequate planning and effective governance of the strategic programmes within the scope of the SCM Chief Operating Officer (COO) Function. Key focus on assisting the management of Change Programmes across the Source to Pay Journey as funded through the S2P Refinement Forum. Additionally, the role will drive Performance Management across the Supply Chain Management function globally.
Programme Planning and Governance

  • Ensure adequate planning and governance infrastructure for the key strategic initiatives within the SCM COO Function. This is to ensure that there is a consistent approach in overseeing and governing the Departmental strategic initiatives.
  • Drive collaboration across Businesses and Technology teams to ensure alignment of priorities for the various initiatives.
  • Align with Source to Pay (S2P) Refinement Forum in governing strategic programmes and producing meaningful scorecard metrics. The Refinement Forum is one of the decision-making bodies for the SCM Department and reports directly into the Group CFO Strategic Transformational multi-year programme.
Performance Management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the Department to drive the development and implementation of the Departmental performance management indices.
  • Work closely with the SCM Central Reporting and Analytics Teams to improve the relevant reporting and analytics capabilities to support the Bank in fulfilling any external as well as internal reporting commitments.
  • Support SCM COO in driving alignment amongst the SCM Senior Leadership to operationalise agreed strategic priorities for the Department and derive meaningful indices to demonstrate benefits and/or value add.
Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor/master\'s degree
  • 5+ years\' experience of which experience in Business Planning.
  • Possess strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to work effectively with peers and senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Agile and comfortable with dealing with complex datasets.
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter and resilient.
  • Strong cognitive ability to design meaningful dashboards to drive key management decisions.
