A successful candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills to lead the project teams, providing project and program management for engagements across APAC, be able to provide clear leadership and direction. In addition the candidate should be able to quickly and accurately define customer requirements, develop stakeholder relationships and provide presales support.
The primary responsibilities of the role will be:
Project and Progam Management for any APAC and LATAM engagements
Presales support for APAC opportunities
Drive efficiencies across thet eam through enhanced best practices and automation
Support the BDM's with scoping of engagements and estimations
Work with the US teams for US staffing requirements
Drive additional quality and repeatability into the team
Achieve and measure customer satisfaction, gaining customer references
