Sentosa operates 5 ticketing counters on island. We are looking for a team player, who has a desire to see to guests needs, help them with itinerary planning and facilitate ticket sales, while ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures, safeguarding revenue collection.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To oversee respective counter day-to-day operations and manage assigned ticketing hosts.
Duties includes housekeeping and grooming.
Responsible for sale of attractions and experiences, provide information to guests and kept
updated of promotions, events on Sentosa.
Adhere to high standards of guest services, cash handling procedures.
Able to handle guests\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and address guests\xe2\x80\x99 issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels or equivalent
4 years of frontline or customer service experience
Ability to maintain record keeping, knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures.
Mature, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to write and speak fluently and effectively in English. Ability to speak fluently in other
languages and dialects will be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS related software.
Great team player, committed and self-motivated.
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
