Our client is a vibrant, thriving non-profit organisation dedicating itself to care provision and support to the elderly community in Singapore. In line with continued growth aspirations they are currently recruiting for Lead, Transformation Office to join their dynamic organisation.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Division you will support in exacting business transformation review and process re-engineering programmes, driving process simplification, standardization and automation for function and cross-functional collaboration including all activities necessary to define, measure, analyse, improve and control new and/or existing processes. You will translate business requirement from transformation and process excellence initiatives to digital projects.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 5 to 8 years of Business Process Improvement / Organisational Transformation experience - in optimising system capability and automating functionality. You have proven capability in managing stakeholder relations across levels, and operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
