Job Summary

The ETP Supply Chain planning Manager responsible for all ROA demand planning, supply & Inventory planning for the imported finish goods and feedstock, Raw Material to ROA from GC, KSA, US and EU across all compounding plants in the region. The Manager is responsible to streamline the supply and demand across the board for all the location we have \xe2\x80\x9cBaroda, India, Chungju, Korea , and tolling manufacturing with SHPP at Benoi, Singapore and Moka, Japan . Also, to manage the expectation of having discussion with the global leaders from SC and BU to manage the Buy-sell and the tolling manufacturing business to support the SC value optimization. On the other hand, the manager should work to maintain the KPI within the setting target for the inventory level, Aging, PPA, DPA and MEF. Roughly a total of 280KT yearly supply from FG and RM (internal and eternal) will be planned and executed among all supplying points to cover a demand in ROA. Furthermore, the planning manager should manage the processes of the direct order to the customers as well which will include the LT, production period and the expected delivery time. Planning manager play a major role on building all short and long term supply chain planning activities at the business line level and administers the development of Sales forecast, Demand Planning, supply planning \xe2\x80\x9cRM and FG\xe2\x80\x9d and oversee the process of the master planning across ROA to serve the scenarios that are discussed and agreed during the Regional and the Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting. This Position supports and drives successful company strategy execution and competitive superiority through active communication with the BU to increase the order loading and the work closely with the plan to increase the utilization of the production lines. Moreover, Planning Manager is required to Lead and coach team to ensure best practices are shared and utilized, develop all staff using competency assessment framework and grow talent through hiring, building the annual growth plan and training tory level, Aging, PPA, DPA and MEF.

• Leads, manages, and coordinates the short and long terms forecasting sales, demand, supply and the master planning processes for ROA to ensure value driven through all the possible options we have.
• Leads, manages, and coordinates the strategic forecasting and sales & demand, supply & master planning processes for China excluding ROA.
• To setup a well stablished supply process and execution plan that ensures no supply interruption of the required materials to meet the internal supply for our manufacturing and our customer direct demand, Inventory replenishment plan at different locations while achieving inventory and service level KPI.
• Establishing a process to ensure efficiency and effective planning Rey theme to meet different scenarios and Keep driving productive improvements.
• Identify optimization opportunities and Improve process efficiency using appropriate efficiency framework(s).
• Partnering with feedstock supply region US, GC and GPS for external raw material to assure the optimal inventory level and working capital utilization.
• Lead and coach team to ensure best practices are shared and utilized.
• To work closely with CS and Logistic mangers to ensure all lined up orders are having enough supply to meet the customer delivery date.
• Develop all staff using competency framework and grow talent through hiring, training and career development.
• Monitor the weekly RM inbound - FG outbound from the global supplier to ROA region with focusing on maintaining the KPI\'s.
• Champioin the production scheduling with MFG and Tolling manufacturing to support the plant stability by having a 7-10 days orders loading horizon by engaging with the BU and manufacturing to reduce the shutdown days due to no orders.
• work with Sales, BU and the manufacturing to ensure we have stable external supply from the supplier and to have a mitigation plan in case any shortages.
• Lead and coach team to ensure best practices are shared and utilized. And coach, lead and engaged with the team to ensure they are having enough exposure, work on their AGP, utilize the TALK5 platform.
• Develop all staff using competency framework and grow talent through hiring, training and career development.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering/supply chain/ business administration
• 8-10 years of experience.
• Business Acumen, Customer Focus , Financial & Commercial Focus, Strategic Thinking, Leadership, Ethics and Personal Integrity, Coaching & Analytical Skills
