This Leadership Development Lead provides learning and career development strategic interventions and tactical support to senior people managers in Singapore. The role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive learning excellence and implement capability building plans in alignment with global strategies.

  • Evaluating organisational development needs, creating and executing learning interventions and programs to address those needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of those solutions
  • Drive and implement strategies, policies and processes to strengthen the learning culture
  • Partner the business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify business needs and leverage on the learning & talent development programs, frameworks and best practices to help individuals and teams excel
  • Develop, curate and deploy learning interventions that are aligned to the core, leadership and functional competency frameworks
  • Design, develop and implement leadership development roadmap and programs to build the effectiveness and capability of people managers
  • Lead and implement the career development strategy and framework for the organisation
  • Serve as consultant for performance management activities including the smooth planning and execution of talent mapping, goal setting and individual development planning.
  • Design & facilitate learning workshops to insure optimal performance
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
  • At least 10-12 years human resources experience focusing on learning and development and career development and employee programs which drive experience and engagement
  • Experience in identifying needs, developing strategies and implementing L&D initiatives and programs, with the ability to build creative and flexible approaches to meet diverse needs
  • Strong market knowledge of the latest HR trends, vendors and initiatives in the region
  • Experience working with best-in-class organisations known for excellence HR, talent development and/or learning and talent management;
  • Demonstrated ability to get things done, through both formal and informal networks
  • Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritise a heavy workload with multiple deadlines;
  • Experience effectively communicating in a culturally diverse environment and across a variety of position levels with astuteness and sensitivity;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with complex issues and use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions;
