In this role, you will work closely with the team to evaluate and implement Finance-wide developmental programs which aim to attract, develop, and manage our talent pool with Sea Finance.

  Identify learning & development needs (both technical and generic skills) within Sea Finance
• Explore new learning interventions to address learning gaps among employees
• Design, develop, and execute the deployment and delivery of learning solutions
• Identify, evaluate, and source for external vendors to meet the training needs
• Monitor and assess efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing and new learning & development programs
• Carry out other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

• Job Requirements:
  5 - 7 years of working experience in the learning & development field. Prior experience in end-to-end training design and modifying existing learning content is a plus.
• Good degree from a recognized university
• Passionate about people, culture, and learning
• Being highly organized and meticulous
• Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Possess strong coordination and project management skills
• Demonstrate exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
