You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.What You'll Do:

• Build and implement an annual training plan for Acxelsus employees.
• Collaborate with the management to identify company training needs.
• Translate requirements into trainings that will promote continuous improvement and groom employees for the next step of their career path.
• Assist in the creation of action plans and intervention trainings.
• Design training programs for e-Learning and face-to-face sessions.
• Develop & oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
• Deliver structured and engaging training courses.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Knowledge on instructional design theory and learning principles
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge on traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
• Proficiency in MS Office; e-learning software is an advantage
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be willing to work office-based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
