We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading professional services firm with an excellent global reputation.

Reporting into the Regional Director of HR Operations, you will be responsible for providing logistical support to the Asia team with their training and learning programs. You will work closely with the global Directors of Learning, leading the coordination of virtual and in-person training programs regionally which includes scheduling, room reservations, catering, and troubleshooting queries.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have strong communication skills, and is comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders across APAC and the wider business. You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and be self-motivated and proactive. You are ideally working in the legal sector or professional services space, so able to operate in a corporate environment.
