As Programme Manager for the Management Associate Programme, you are responsible for the planning and organising of recruitment of management trainees, conduct regular performance and career development conversation with the trainees and managers, review and design programme curriculum, and promote a continuous learning environment through engaging learning experiences initiatives
Assess the learning needs of the organization on an ongoing basis in order to offer learning opportunities
Manage and monitor the management talent development events cost, budget, indicators and metrics
You will design and manage the end-to-end content development and delivery of operations-specific L&D programs across the company, using a disciplined framework that provides consistency while incorporating necessary nuance.
You will leverage employee feedback to prioritize and develop management initiatives, such as including career pathing, to help employees discover and evaluate development opportunities.
You will serve as an advocate for learning and change management in a driven transformation projects through consistent, clear, and effective multidirectional communication.
You will take an integral role in building internal capabilities and organizational capacity to equip our people to meet increasing demands and deliver on critical objectives amidst disruption
Requirements
Min Dip/Deg in Human Resource/Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior or other relevant field
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least of 2 years of management/supervisory experience including working with and presenting to all leadership at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to work in a high pace collaborative environment
Good analytical insights
