Manage classroom cleanliness and layout before and after a training session.
Manage inventory of learning resources (Markers, Flipcharts, etc).
Manage Room Booking requests and enquiries for departments.
Manage F&B Catering requests and enquiries (Tea Breaks, Lunch, etc).
Liaise with Caterer to ensure timely delivery and clearance of food, equipment, etc.
Manage Transportation requests (Between PBC and MBS).
Monitor, control and take stock of office and pantry supplies and general equipment maintenance.
Be the point of contact for general maintenance and repair/ redecoration work.
Requirement : * 1 - 2 years of relevant office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft 365.
