As a Learning Delivery Specialist Intern, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of managing learning and development projects. Singaporeans and PR applicants will be prioritized.Location: Paya LebarType: Internship | HybridDuration: Feb-Dec 2025Working Hours: 9am - 5pmRenumeration: $800-1200/monthWhat Youll Do:Primary Roles:Training Preparation & Delivery

• Assist facilitators in end-to-end preparation of training materials, logistics, and certificates.
• Manage and launch client profiling and assessment tools where necessary.

Secondary Roles:Marketing & Event Organization Support

• Assist in designing content for social media, training materials, brochures etc.
• Support in organizing and executing our monthly learn and connect sessions.

What Were Looking For:Students or fresh graduates who are currently pursuing/have completed their polytechnic diploma or university degree from any discipline.Keen interest in the L&D space (bonus points if you're into self-development!)Preferably someone with prior experience with creative tools & platforms e.g. Canva/Adobe Illustrator/CapCut/Premiere ProStrong communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
