Conduct annual LNA exercise at organization, department, and individual levels, including analysis of information relating to the development investment requirements from appraisal forms. Work with
HRBP/line managers on development planning for staff. Collate annual training plan.
Support the learning needs analysis process and learning plan formulation that fit the needs of the individual and business strategies.
Support the learning requirements for employees by sourcing, developing, and implementing learning programmes that equip company staff with necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively
Key Requirements:
5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years relevant learning and development and/or HR experience preferred.
Recognized bachelor\'s degree
Train the Trainer Certification
Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
