Job Description

A Manufacturing MNC specialised in subsea and surface technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual LNA exercise at organization, department, and individual levels, including analysis of information relating to the development investment requirements from appraisal forms. Work with
- HRBP/line managers on development planning for staff. Collate annual training plan.
- Support the learning needs analysis process and learning plan formulation that fit the needs of the individual and business strategies.
- Support the learning requirements for employees by sourcing, developing, and implementing learning programmes that equip company staff with necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively
Key Requirements:
- 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years relevant learning and development and/or HR experience preferred.
- Recognized bachelor\'s degree
- Train the Trainer Certification
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Location: West Coast
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
