The key role is keep FTO's eLearning programs functioning smoothly.Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, business administration, instructional design, or a field related to the position
• Common knowledge of LMS software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working as an LMS specialist is a plus
• Experience in technical support
• Have excellent project management, interpersonal and analytical skills.

SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer Fair Trade Outsourcing's Success Factors LMS.

• Create courses; modify course configurations
• Create programs and curricula; modify program and curricula configurations
• Manage class sessions, registrations, and enrolments
• Manage assignments
• Create quizzes and assessments
• Provide resolutions or recommendations on LMS production issues related training completion, course access and enrolment, user login, and duplicate profiles, etc.
• Schedule and run reports
• Review integration results and work with IT to resolve any issues/failures
• Review quarterly releases and go over new features and changes with team
• Participate in system testing of new features and regression testing
• Provide support on additional special projects as assigned
• Continue to build, expertise in all aspects of administration in the SuccessFactors LMS including creating training, managing learners, curating content, reporting, and improving user experience.
