:
Work with stakeholders and project team to understand the project requirements to develop Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-compliant E-Learning
Develop the E-Learning designer's vision into actual instructional materials/courseware
Develop and update E-Learning content using Articulate 360 and other authoring tools if specified
Convert the approved storyboard into an E-Learning courseware with images, text, script, proper navigation activities, animations, and interactions, add any programming or code if required and publish the courseware in the format appropriate for the intended method of delivery or compatible with the Learning Management System.
Upload and configure E-Learning content into Learning Management System and perform courseware testing to ensure the all the features and navigation are in working order
Edit videos, graphics, photos, effects, sound, and/or voice overs using tools/software
Deliver good quality materials/courseware on time with minimal defects
Review materials/courseware quality and accuracy before publishing on time with minimal or no defects
Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) course content
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
Specialised in Instructional Design and Technology, Education and Training, Multimedia Design or equivalent
Preferably possess technical instructional design and Learning Management System experience
Highly detail-oriented and organised, and is an efficient multi-tasker
Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and grow together with us
Extensive experience in Articulate Rise, Storyline 360 and/or other E-Learning authoring tools
Strong editing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, able to simultaneously manage multiple projects with little supervision
Excellent follow-up, time management skills, and strong drive for results
Able to develop courseware that communicates the intended concepts or messages given by the project team and provide recommendations to enhance the learning experience
Experience in audio and video production and post-production editing preferred
Enjoy learning and experimenting to leverage technologies to enhance training and learning
