Coordinate with various stakeholders to arrange training programmes across Whole Of Government
Manage administrative functions within internal HR system including but not limited to course creation, publication and update of course schedules
Track course registrations, attendance and be the liaison between agency, public service officers and Operations Partner.
Organise and prepare logistical aspects such as training venue, material, aids and catering services.
Ensure necessary billing and payment processes are performed in a timely manner including but not limited to invoice verification and charging out arrangements.
Provide performance data reports on a timely basis
Provide consistent, high quality customer service excellence to public officers.
Work closely with the Academy Ops team to ensure operational excellence for Whole Of Government
Ensure IM8 compliance for systems
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in the field of Learning & Development, Human Resources, Customer Service or equivalent
At least 2 years of proven experience in system administration role
Required skills
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal as well as a strong customer service ethic
Moderate knowledge of Workday internal HR system including workflow processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Collaborative and good team player
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Mon to Fri: 9 – 6pm
Sat/Sun: Off
