Job Description


Job Scope

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to arrange training programmes across Whole Of Government
  • Manage administrative functions within internal HR system including but not limited to course creation, publication and update of course schedules
  • Track course registrations, attendance and be the liaison between agency, public service officers and Operations Partner.
  • Organise and prepare logistical aspects such as training venue, material, aids and catering services.
  • Ensure necessary billing and payment processes are performed in a timely manner including but not limited to invoice verification and charging out arrangements.
  • Provide performance data reports on a timely basis
  • Provide consistent, high quality customer service excellence to public officers.
  • Work closely with the Academy Ops team to ensure operational excellence for Whole Of Government
  • Ensure IM8 compliance for systems
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in the field of Learning & Development, Human Resources, Customer Service or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in system administration role
Required skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal as well as a strong customer service ethic
  • Moderate knowledge of Workday internal HR system including workflow processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Collaborative and good team player
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work location HQ: GovTech-HQ 10MBC / Level 10

Working Hours Mon to Fri: 9 – 6pm Sat/Sun: Off

Duration 10 months contract
