Responsibilities:

  • Create learning deployment plans and budgets
  • Monitor and manage the execution of the learning plans across Singapore based on Area and Global strategy
  • Manage and monitor the learning budgets
  • Manage facilitator excellence
  • Contribute to the design and development of Global, Area, Regional and local learning and development curriculum
  • Manage continuous improvement of learning programs and contents
  • Provide necessary support during regulatory inspection
  • Prepare necessary reporting required for compliance, operation and continuous improvement in learning
  • Work with L&D teams to ensure a consistent approach to L&D delivery
  • Consult with and influence key leaders
  • Manage business stakeholders and work with business champions to drive adoption of leaning programs
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of learning and development for stakeholders
  • Act as a change agent and role model in support of leading edge learning and development and leadership practice
  • Facilitate the identification of high impact experiences to accelerate the development of the talent
  • Facilitate learning programs delivery as required
  • Support key learning events across Asean

Experiences, Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experienced in planning, including working on content development with key stakeholders, and managing large complex training events/programs are preferred
  • Sophisticated relationship-builder, credible, influential and professional with senior leaders
  • Excellent coach and facilitator
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of our business model, strategy and priorities
  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
  • Strong team worker with the ability to coordinate and work as \xe2\x80\x9cone team\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to manage resources
  • Strong track record in execution of L&D interventions is preferred
  • Demonstrates expertise in theory and practice of learning and development is preferred
