The Job
1. E-Learning Module Integration:
o Collaborate with the CSO and L&D team to test and integrate new e-learning modules into the SABA platform. o Work closely with the vendor and the bank\'s L&D design team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the modules. * 2. Digital Asset Design and Catalogue Development:o Design engaging eDMs to promote sustainability learning initiatives bank-wide. o Update and maintain the bank\'s intranet assets for the sustainability learning campus. o Consolidate and co-curate a comprehensive catalogue of all sustainability learning resources across the bank. * 3. Collaboration and Partnership Building:o Support partnerships and collaborate with various units within the bank, including GSMC, Innovation, CRESA, and CBG. o Coordinate meetings and discussions with business units to identify opportunities for collaboration and event planning. * 4. Event Planning and Execution:o Design and implement gamification mechanics for DBS-wide events such as the HR Future Forward week. o Prepare for workshops and on-site events during the Future Forward week, including ITQ consolidation, feedback surveys, and booth management. * 5. Senior Leaders training:o Coordinate the schedules of facilitators for CMC trainings across five locations. o Support development of facilitator cheat sheets for all training activities. o Provide hands-on support for the Singapore MC training, including on-site assistance. * 6. Completion Rate Monitoring and Analysis:o Monitor and track completion rates for existing and new sustainability learning programs. o Update monthly dashboards to communicate progress and completion rates to all locations. o Analyse feedback surveys from participants to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.Next Step
