Your role
Are you passionate about learning and supporting people in their development?
We are looking for a professional who can support us in developing talent, together with partners in Human Resources. You'll:
- partner with the business to design and develop content, and provide value added advice on business-related trainings
- manage divisional/group-wide program offerings and ensure quality execution of programs
- deliver and facilitate workshops to client facing and support staff on division/group wide learning offerings
- build learning and development culture with the business
- build network and connections across our organization

Your team
We are a regional team, with members in Hong Kong and Singapore and you'll be based in Hong Kong. We partner with businesses and divisions in Asia Pacific on people and professional development.
Your expertise
- at least 6 years of experience in a role like this (and you loved it)
- experience in learning and development, with a solid banking/finance knowledge, and a firm grasp of human resources practices
- worked in financial services, preferably in Wealth Management
- delivered business-focused solutions with relevant subject matter expertise and facilitated workshops
