The role

We are looking for an experienced Lease Management Executive to join our team based in Singapore

• Prepare lease contract for both new and existing tenants as instructed by Manager
• Update the tenant list at all times, Maintain and update proper documentation and filing system of tenant files To send circular to tenants. Building good rapport with tenants
• Assist in cold calling for new prospects and pass on the prospect\xe2\x80\x99s contact information to Manager/Executive for follow up
• Prepare Management reports. Sending out Vacancy Listing to Real Estate Agents on a monthly basis
• Handle and direct phone calls, attend to general enquiries, fax, and courier and mail services
• Prepare SOA report and email to tenants. To send CTC of invoices to tenants upon request

Qualifications

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Min Diploma in, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline with the willingness to learn and adapt is preferred
• Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful
• A Team Player but able to work independently with minimum supervision
