About Our ClientOur client is a leading real estate company headquartered in Singapore, known for its extensive portfolio that spans across various property sectors and geographical locations.Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Lease Management department, your primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc leasing reports, management reports, budgetary controls, and budgets.
• Overseeing system security controls and administration, managing data integrity and updates, and implementing IT-enabled initiatives to support work processes.
• Centralizing, standardizing, and maintaining manuals, templates, reports, forms, letters, and legal documents to meet service quality standards.
• Occasionally assisting in the review of internal and inter-department workflows, policy formulation, staff orientation programs, and liaising with auditors, lawyers, and external parties.
• Aiding the manager in communicating daily leasing duties to staff and providing feedback on process and system improvements.
• Assisting in managing system-level space requirements.

• At least 1 year of experience in lease management, corporate/management reporting, policy formulation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of real estate practices is a plus.
