Within CO&I, the Datacenter Engineering (DCE) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help build the cloud datacenters that power the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest online services.In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.Responsibilities:The Datacenter Engineering Lease Project Manager will be part of the team responsible for the delivery of lease datacenters in APAC. We are looking for a multi-disciplinary individual, preferably with a technical background in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications. This position will support the growth of our Datacenter Lease portfolio in the region and will manage the designs for technical compliance with Microsoft\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.The Lease Project manager will manage communications, schedule meetings and close gaps in information as the primary point of contact between internal and external parties within region for fitout design. They will work closely with regional engineering, integration, construction, security, networking, and operations teams throughout each project and ensure information received meets each discipline\xe2\x80\x99s standards for risk assessment by the appropriate subject matter expert. They will report project status regularly and drive continuous improvement in tools, process and procedure.Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal team members/stakeholders and vendors including but not limited to legal, operations, security, networking, engineering, construction and site acquisition.
