Job Description
OUEs real estate activities include the development, investment and management of real estate assets across the commercial, hospitality, retail, residential and healthcare sectors. OUE manages two SGX-listed REITs: OUE REIT, one of Singapores largest diversified REITs, and First REIT, a pan-Asian healthcare REIT.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all leasing matters including but not limited to internal and external lease documents, renewals, lease transactions, URA quarterly tenant updates, conduct Customer due diligence
- Prepare meeting minutes, lease proposals, rent rolls and management reports
- Assist in preparing income / expenses, budgets and forecasts
- Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and tenants
- Work with Managing Agent, Finance Department, and/or internal and external lawyers on arrears management, property tax management
- Ensure all documents are timely and properly filed
- Conduct site inspections
- Any other duties as assigned
- Diploma in a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Must be detailed and good with numbers
- Able to multi-task
- CEA license holder is an advantage
- Knowledge in related software is an advantage
