Our client is a foreign Private Equity Real Estate firm with a new asset. Be part of a pioneer team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall leasing and asset management of Singapore asset
Assist to formulate leasing and property management strategies for Singapore asset
Assist to manage existing tenants
Assist prepare annual budget
Work with asset manager and real estate agents (both landlord reps and tenant reps) to ensure high occupancy and rents
Work with asset manager and property manager to ensure that the building is well maintained
Work with firm\xe2\x80\x99s global sustainability team to help strategize and implement measures
Introduce market/asset to firm\'s investors

Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above with more than five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in successfully managing stand-alone office buildings, including handling the full tender invitation process, planning, marketing, operation, negotiations, and property management in Singapore
Good understanding of the real estate market in Singapore
Strong analytics and execution skills
Possess good interpersonal communication skills, and works well independently and also in teams
Experience working with investors and understanding of sustainability a plus
