Job Scope:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and leasing performance for office properties.
Sell and market office properties, and create marketing materials.
Build a network of prospects for sales and leasing.
Find new sales and leasing opportunities, and respond to inquiries.
Conduct sales presentations and site viewings.
Support the leasing team in meeting targets and managing leases.
Communicate with tenants about lease renewals and work with lawyers and asset managers on lease reviews.
Work with the operations team to ensure tenant needs are met.
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Provide clients with market updates and reports.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
Relevant working experience in marketing & leasing of office/retail units
Must be CEA registered.
