• Up to $8000 + Attractive Variable Bonus (Manager)
• Up to $7000 + Attractive Variable Bonus (Assistant Manager)

• Minimum 5 Years Leasing Experience in Retail Malls

Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s commercial portfolio.
• Secure new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Manage tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Carry out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
