Job Description
Our client is a restaurant management company that operates and franchises in Singapore and other Asian countries.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess market trends to uncover and evaluate new food and beverage retail leasing opportunities that foster business growth.
- Develop relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders to negotiate and close lease agreements.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to drive leasing efforts and support tenant onboarding.
- Monitor and report on the performance of leased properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of business development and leasing management experience in F&B or retail industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills for data and reports.
- Good knowledge in commercial leasing processes.
- Proven negotiation skills, communication, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
