Job Description
- Lavender / Bugis - Singapore
- 5 Days || 830am-6pm || $6,000-$7,000
- F&B Retail, Leasing
Responsibilities:
- Oversee lease administration for all the Retail outlets including but not limited to,
- Negotiate and monitor terms of lease and sales (when applicable)
- Responsible for all tenancy management activities for the Company
- Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties
- Handle all leasing matters assigned including but not limited to site viewing, negotiating with Landlord, managing and vetting internal and external lease documentation.
- Seek solicitor\'s input or anomalies when review contracts.
- Conduct periodic inspections of all properties own by the Company
- Prepare monthly tenancy management reports.
- Diploma in Management and Marketing or its equivalent
- Min 5 years relevant experience
- Familiar with Leasing Documentation
