Leasing Executive (industrial Properties)

Job Description
Responsibility
- Marketing and leasing of a given portfolio of industrial properties under the property management
- Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)
- Prepare leasing documents
- Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices
- Manage tenant relationship, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions
- Work with external parties including government agencies to obtain necessary approval for leases
- Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately captured in Yardi System
- Work closely with the Property Management Team, ensuring partition/infrastructure works are completed punctually (where necessary) and properly handed over to tenant(s)
- Cold-calling prospective tenants
- Seek relevant approval prior to reverting key commercial terms to prospective tenants
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate or 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Yardi systems
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a knack for keeping track of details
- Able to multi-task and work with various stakeholders
