Leasing / Marketing Executive (industrial Properties)

Job Description
- Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\'s industrial portfolio
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects
- Degree in Real Estate / Property Management / Facilities Management / Estate Management and Building Management related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing properties
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry
- Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
- Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage
