He/she will be in charge of developing, organizing, and implementing mall marketing strategies . Manage lease management, renewals, and negotiations . Source for novel ideas and opportunities that are pertinent to the mall's positioning . Assist in doing a feasibility/reconfiguration analysis to improve the mall's financial situation . Assist in creating budgets, financial reports, and monthly summaries, and keep track of revenue . Control risk exposure by, for example, managing arrears . Maintain and improve relationships with tenants . Work closely with other departments to enhance the experience of tenants The Requirements: . Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or Real Estate Management . Minimum 2 - 4 years' relevant experience in in leasing and marketing, ideally in a setting like a shopping center .
