Job Description
Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Leasing Executive for one of our iconic buildings in Paya Lebar.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- To work with the Leasing Director to ensure that the mall is fully leased at all times.
- Preparing monthly leasing reports and tenants' performance reports.
- To build strong relationships with retailers and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in Singapore.
- To be aware of general retail market trends.
- Work with Leasing Director to ensure that lease administration matters are in order
