Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maximize Occupancy: Drive room occupancy rates by effectively marketing our properties through Social Media, Online Platforms, On-site viewing and collaborations with property agents.
Property Maintenance: Ensure our rental properties remain in tip-top condition by coordinating with contractors, tenants, estate managing agents and other stakeholders.
Tenant Relations: Foster strong tenant relationships by promptly addressing feedback and complaints, conducting on-site inspections, and resolving issues.
Administration: Tenancy contract handling, stamp duties and other administrative tasks whenever necessary.
Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve any problems that may arise during the lease term.
Requirements:
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a mature and independent work ethic. Proficiency in internet and social media usage is essential. Experience in video/photo editing is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
