• Manage & source new locations for business continuous expansion.
• Manage current tenancy agreements & negotiate lease extensions with better terms with Owners\' Management.
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion
• Update leasing reports & schedules
• Prepare and/or update reports periodically for submission to the Management
• Attend to tenancy-related matters
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property agents etc
• Any other duties assigned

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in leasing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words
• Good marketing and negotiation skills
• Independent and pleasant personality with positive attitude.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills in solving issues.
