Job Position xe2x80x93 LEASING SALES EXECUTIVE xe2x80x93 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE ( SINGAPORE )s

• Responsible for overseeing all leasing sales for the business (managerial position).
• Create and keep a solid and capable leasing sales team (for the position of manager).
• Purchase and sell commercial cars; oversee the leasing agreement.
• Assure that the business keeps bringing in new business and meets its monthly and annual sales goals.
• Develop ways to cultivate enduring relationships with both current and prospective clients.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and handle service recovery as needed.
• Develop a plan and identify fresh avenues for sales to boost earnings and profitability.
• Make sure that any post-sale concerns are properly addressed, including any recalls by car manufacturers.
• Examine, suggest, and put into practice new or improved processes to raise our proficiency and capacity.
• Schedule sales on a regular basis and report to the director.

Requirements

• Minimum with 1-2 years of selling experiences
• Working experience in automotive leasing sales is compulsory
• Proficiency both communication and writing in English and Mandarin
• Possess class 3 driving license
• KPI driven, positive learning attitude, self motivated, resilience, resourceful and goal
• Gender: Prefer Chinese
• Age: Below 40 years old
• Open to Malaysia, Singapore PR and Singaporean
• For Malaysian need to be stay in Singapore

Job Highlights

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6:00pm
• Working Days: Rostering duty on Saturday due to showroom setting
