Deliver outstanding customer service to boost customer satisfaction and encourage recommendations or repeat business.
In order to create a seamless leasing process, collaborate with other departments like finance and administration.
Handle any financial or administrative issues that may arise.
Remain current on new car models, lease laws, and industry advancements so that you can provide clients with knowledgeable advice.
Establish measurable goals for your daily, weekly, and monthly sales in order to assess your performance.
Be proactive in gathering market data every month.
Requirements
MUST HAVE Driving License
Min N/O/A Level / Diploma holders
Proficiency both communication and writing in English and Mandarin
Ability to speak Japanese/Korean/ other language is add advantage
Able handle various sales process professionality
Gender: Prefer Chinese
Age: Below 40 years old
Open to Malaysia, Singapore PR and Singaporean
For Malaysian need to be stay in Singapore
