What the role is:

This teaching role is under the School of Business.

What you will be working on:

- Conduct lectures, tutorials and student consultations which include the supervision of projects in business related subjects such as Economics, Sustainability Management, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Management, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. - Enhance the quality of lesson design and delivery (e.g. e-learning, tutorial etc) through implementing appropriate teaching and learning strategies and methods. - Support and evaluate curriculum development, delivery, assessment design to enhance teaching effectiveness. - Develop relevant teaching materials for subjects which include setting of assessments. - Administration and moderation of results. - Develop and facilitate professional workshops and Continuing Education Training programmes. - Conduct, mentor and facilitate student-industry collaboration projects and competitions. - Undertake industry or consultancy projects. - Support and advise students on student life and developmental activities, including leading students for local and overseas learning trips. - Contribute to poly-wide/school-wide events or activities. - Handle tasks and projects as and when assigned.

What we are looking for:

- Tertiary training in Business Administration related discipline - 3-5 years of working experience in an administrative capacity in any industry - A team player with strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with youths - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Applicant with strong digital skills and/or experience in managing sustainability efforts for businesses will have an advantage
